|
POD - Parent on Duty on Sunday afternoons - check in children, remain at the Check In desk in case of emergency, make sure all children are picked up by parents, return postcards and registration materials to Jeanne or Amy at the end of rehearsal |

|
|
Robe Coordinator - Make sure the robes are hung by choir names, and notify Jeanne of needed repairs |
|
|
|
|
|
Robe Assistant - Assist with robbing the children for services. Return the robes to their proper place with the Robe Coordinator |
|
|
|
|
|
Service Assistant - When the children sing, assist with line-up, entrances and exits. Assist the children with following the order of worship, using the hymnal, etc. |

|
Photographer - Take pictures of MMM Events and place copies on the MMM wall, give copies to Jeanne |
